It brought me back to the days when I did the same thing, dreading standing outside waiting for that bus to come around the corner but yet becoming fascinated by the brisk air and its reaction to the warmth of your breath. This poem helped me to visualize what the boy was going through and was a little disturbing for me in the line " A flock of geese, some frozen." Also, I think this poem was in the bus drivers perspective. The poem had good visual description, and I also liked the line, "His breath carves little status out of the cold."
