Mandela has been fighting for his people for so long and wants to get racism out of the way. They both took the challenge to bring peace, stability, progress and prosperity to the country of South African. Is good to know the world has recognize their endless work and effort especially Mandela, who has spent 27 years in Jail and after all had the courage to unite white and black and to say we are one South Africans it very unique to see them get rewarded with the Noble Prize award.Mustafhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06135161093729589171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2872420499580427372.post-42574697271957729232010-03-02T17:22:32.277-08:002010-03-02T17:22:32.277-08:00I think the most important idea we can learn form ...I think the most important idea we can learn form this speech is that although everyone has their own ideas and ways of thinking we need to respect others ideas and work together and bring our ideas together to promote a future that elevates the global society.Andrew sabulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18133118703519692331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2872420499580427372.post-16103691943120230732010-03-02T16:40:49.743-08:002010-03-02T16:40:49.743-08:00I like that you pointed out that both looked towar...I like that you pointed out that both looked toward the future. It seems that all the iconic leaders in our history were people that looked for the good in the future, Instead of lingering in the past.Britny Bowershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17607410913864643187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2872420499580427372.post-90707777663806313752010-03-02T16:23:09.227-08:002010-03-02T16:23:09.227-08:00I agree. I think that both were fighting for two different issues but the end result is agreeably the same which is most importantly peace, stability, progress and prosperity. I found it significant when they stated "In the conflicts of the past, there was no gain for anyone in our country." I think that turning point was important in their decision to change their ways because what they were doing was not helping.Steffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06388044587610547800noreply@blogger.com
